Hartford/Ocotal Sister City Project is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-Profit organization. All contributions are fully tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.
The mission of the Hartford/Ocotal Sister City Project is to foster friendship and mutual understanding of the people of Ocotal and Hartford and through this relationship to build a more just and sustainable world.
